Today's Word 05 February 2023
"My Study"
Family, always be content when you have to stand a lone.
Persecution may rob you of popularity, but it can't rob you of the reward that awaits you in heaven. The unpopular name belongs to people who leave indelible marks on the earth. It belongs to people who endure scrutiny for the sake of righteousness that God will be seen in the world through their deeds and actions. The good thing about about the having an unpopular name on earth is found in Matthew 5, "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake: For theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven."
The next time you are overwhelmed
by the weapons and attacks of the outside forces, remember that theres an reward for being righteous. In a world full of people trying to fit in, be okay with
being counted out. Your reward is far greater than any embrace the world can offer.
PRAYER:
Father, I thank you that following You has made me unpopular. You say in Your word that this type of persecution causes me to be blessed! ... SoI receive my blessings today. In Jesus name, Amen

"Jehovah is Good, a STRONGHOLD in the day of trouble; and He knoweth them that refuge in Him."
What is your stronghold in times of adversity?
Is it your rich heritage? Is it your money? Is it pride and respect or even your status? Is it your family or your mixed beliefs?
Can any of those things be seen to Jehovah, as a replacement of Him?
Many of Us find ourselves walking from one adversity to another
with wavering faith or feeling cursed.
At this moment, take it to fall at the feet of God.
Reclaim Your STRONGHOLD (The Rock) from when you were a child, with the faith
that had NO DOUBTS, that DIDN'T ALLOW FEARS!
Now hold on tight cause the ride is about to get rough Because
the devil never liked losing tenants!
God is reaching out for You, Reach out for Him.
It doesn't matter what He looks like, because how you saw Him as a child, will be how He returns to reassure security in your restless heart.
God LOVES You and He's waiting for you to call Him, now.

Jeremiah 33:3 ASV
"Call unto me and I will answer thee, and will show thee great things
and difficult, which thou knowest not."
How does the sound of an unanswered phone make you feel?
And do you get annoyed when you feel God, doesn't hear your call?
Don't Be. Though your not alone in those feelings, You have God's full attention. God answers all of Us during those calls but maybe we're still talking when He's talking and miss His response.
Good thing He already knows how we are! Lol
Be quiet and listen now. God gives His Guidance, Instructions, Love, Reassurance, Encouragement and Push. When we stop talking in our minds as well as our mouth, we will HEAR clearly. God NEEDS US
to listen more because all of Us play a part to a much bigger scene than just everyday life.

When life is heavy enough and brings its own darknest. Is when
we have to make a choice to either stay in the darkness or
walk to the Light. Just because life is heavy, doesn't mean that it will be always. Surround and fill your space with the Word of God,
Good People and Positive Inspirations!
So the darkness can't find a home or feel comfortable enough to want to stay.

"Seek the Lord and His strength; seek His presence continually!"
I find many Christians, including myself thinking, "Faith without works
is dead...", so I'll do the little things on my own strength and won't bother God... Now as a mature Christian, like many others it doesn't matter how big / small. I put God in EVERYTHING! I can't speak for anyone else but I have found that what I consider, "Little",
ended up consuming a good portion of my life! This is why laying
EVERYTHING before the Lord, will save you headaches along the way.
Now it won't keep you from life's pains but imagine if you didn't
have God? Would you still be here today? / Have the knowledge to share with others? God teaches and covers all at the same time.
This is why we're too seek Him in every thought, before Speaking
and most importantly every Action. This is what keeps Us Humbled and Thankful~

Love patiently accepts all things. It always trusts, always hoes, and always continues strong."
Does your love match God's word?
Or is God's word an example of what one may consider weak / unrealistic? To love the way the Word describes, takes courage and having a spirit that desires to be MORE like Our Father, than the world.
As Christians, many of us love out of degrees of hurt & tolerance. If we take time to notice, we'll discover we're apart of the mask growing of hardening hearts. No one wants to be viewed as weak because WE all know what follows. Yet, isn't this the point God wants Us to learn?
Becoming like Christ, takes courage, a understanding that isn't about
"Our Feelings" and knowing the cost of selfless love. In the reality of this world, many hide behind the 8 ball NOT WANTING TO TAKE ANOTHER HIT. But the ones who come out from behind the 8 ball,
take the hits, understanding selflessness in their response.
IT'S THAT VERY LOVE GOD RESPONDS TO WHEN WE PRAY,
THROUGH THE DEATH OF HIS SON & THROUGH THE GRACE GIVEN DAILY IN OUR EVERYDAY LIVES.

"Why Am I Discouraged? Why Is My Heart So Sad?
I Will Put My Hope In God!"
Why do we ever have to have discouraging down moments if we already have the Lord? Have you ever seen these times as severing moments? Or Grieving moments? Let's think about how we come to these moments. Aren't they usually after a unexpected disappointment, lose of someone / something, a reality check of self, or a belief broken? For Us to put our Hopes in God, we're asking God to take Us to the Next Level to help Us fight off COMPLACENCY and EMOTIONS.
God never came to keep Us where we were like the pharisees once believed. But to elevate Us and STRENGTHENED OUR FAITH in ourselves as well as in Him. Because once we have gotten past our down moments and truly let go, we've become someone wiser and stronger for it.

"The Good News shows how God makes people right with Himself. God's way of making people right with him begins and ends with faith.
As scripture says,"The person who is made right with God by faith will live forever."
Isn't it wonderful to know how your walking, when you're walking with God? This says it all stating that it takes time, to become better and stronger the longer we walk while building up our faith. Plus, a promise of NEVER being left alone again!
Many of us make colorful decisions when we feel alone. Yet, God is with us through ALL SEASONS, after we accept Him. His knowledge of us keeps Him walking with us till we get to where He knows we're suppose to be. Covering us with Mercy and Grace to the finish line and beyond!

Aren't you glad this is a, "Faith Walk!" The closer we draw nearer to God , the closer God draws nearer to Us!
For each day we're given God takes moments to plant more into us,
that changes how we view, interact, respond, think and sour our taste
for the things we once loved doing that God, found offensive and catered to our sins. Which kept our bodies from being living sacrifice for the Lord, even after inviting Him into our lives.
If you had a life that gave you every blessing and desire But didn't have God, would you keep it? or A life where you have nothing but God
while facing opposition, would you keep it?
A life without God / with God is our CHOICE, but like nature
how can one grow without water and sun? When the wisest fool knows
things fade and wood doesn't love.

Hebrews 10:35-36 ESV
"Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised."
Has your oil gotten low? When was the last time you spent time with God, so that He could refill it? Many of us are on rigorous assignments
that cause us to run dry, get little sleep, have improper diets and basically run ourselves into the ground. When this happens we have to realize that somewhere along the way, we walked off from God.
STOP!
Stand still and reconnect with Our Father. Allow the storms to past so
that you can smell the roses. Our confidence dies, when we begin to take on everything, thinking we can handle it. We're NOT God.
The perspective of our lives is to be one of adventure (Lively). In this life we're to experience joys to pains, then back to joys! We are sojourners, made with the purpose to build, create, love, help, heal and reproduce. Simple beings, made in God's image. So, remember as you press forward to your goal(s), remember the REAL PRIZE is in the relationship that rewards endlessly in Christ~

"The reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord brings instruction in Wisdom and Humility comes before honor." In Psalms 18:35-36, King David, Praises God for being his shield of salvation, his support, his gentleness making a wide path for him, so that his feet never slipped.
When you surrender yourself over to God, He leads you in every way through your life. This is how we're Blessed beyond measure. God wants to be your Mentor. We admire our earthly mentors and many of us have made our lives to mirror them. So,why not do the same with our Heavenly Father, who is more than worthy of this honor.

as I would do my home?" YES. Can light and darkness exist in the same room? Can a full bowl of water take on dirt? Can old wine skins take on new wine? NO. So, why live like you can balance your old life, with a
renewed perspective(Mind & Heart), and still be the same as before?
Something will have to go because as the sun comes up, darkness

Ecclesiastes 12:13 ESV
"For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace."
Which means simply this, if you ran a red light, under the law you would get a ticket. But by being under grace, you would get a warning.
God has forgiven your sins as far as the east is to the west.
He know you'll make break more rules. Grace covers those whom repent and turn from what caused them to sin. God wants you to walk with Him guilt free and in a teachable mood. He wants you to live your Best Life! Will you trust Him enough to believe this for your life?

Thank God for Grace! Many believe that once you except Christ into their life, you automatically you become PERFECT. Not at all true.
For some of us, it took a lifetime to grow into who we've become. With that said, it may take time to grow out of those established habits. God wants us to turn our perspective around from our old way of thinking, in order to mature in to seasoned Christians that turn and help others who walk the path the we have been transformed from.
The term, "Each one, Teach one", now comes full circle for us
with the intention of not leaving anyone behind nor ignored when asking for help. If God be in us, who are we to refuse His heart
for others when indeed our hearts were once lost. To mirror the God we serve is to be seen as an honor. After all we asked Him to come into us to make us New, Right?

As we humbly come to your throne of grace, Thank you for your endless love, Thank you for forgiving us as we repent of our sins
and Thank you for bottomless healing, for your grace is sufficient.
Abba, Thank you for never restraining your mercy, your steadfast love
nor your faithfulness from us. For you see, You in us. Arise in us Heavenly Father, till there's no more world left. We're convinced that neither death nor life, nor angels nor demons, nor past nor future, nor any form of power, nor any dept nor height, nor any form of creation can separate us from the love of you.
Thank you of being our protection, while we walk in our mist of troubles, only to deliver us!
Thank you for establishing us and guarding us from the evil one and scattering our enemies to the wind. Allowing "No Weapon" even if the weapon is ourselves, to take hold nor form. For what relationship does light have with darkness? As we stretch out our hands to you in praise!
Abba. Thank you for blessing us beyond all understanding
in prosperity. Be the voice of guidance, the spirit of wisdom and our eyes of discernment. As we grow in our transformation in living fearlessly in this world. Thank you for our daily manna, that fuels each day given unto us. Abba, how can we be a blessing for you today?

IT'S ABOUT ATTITUDE...
Attitude determines so much of our lives. It governs the way we perceive the world and the way the world perceives us. It drives behavior and sets the tone for conversations. Attitude literally affects every area of our lives, yet most of us don't have a good handle on it.
Attitude is defined as,"The way we feel about something or someone
that affect out behavior." Isn't it True?
The way we feel about ourselves, others, failure, rejection and
success determines so many of our actions. It's natural to base our actions on our feelings. But even though it"Feels" right, having a feeling-based attitude can be destructive. Feelings leave so much of our attitude up to chance. When circumstances leave us feeling bad, our negative attitude gives way to gossip and complaining. When situations and people leave us to find solutions and see opportunity.
God didn't design our attitude to be based off of feelings but off of Christ. He is constant. His truth is unchanging and ever present. God has called us to a place of freedom, even in our attitude.
This place place doesn't ignore our feelings, but doesn't force us to be ruled by them either. When we know and understand that God's truth far outweighs earthly circumstances.
As you go throughout your day begin to notice what situations affect your attitude. How does the outcome of each situation change your attitude? Can you imagine a life where you are still upset but have a attitude of Joy and Peace?

How is your walk today? Can people tell your not like the world or is it hard to tell? When you accepted Jesus into your life, very rarely do people have an instantaneous change. The BIGGEST part of your transition is accepting Christ! We didn't come into the people we are now over night But with God time can past by quickly enough to feel like it did. Never doubt your process nor compare how your walk is to another. Why? Cause in each of Us is gifts others don't have and when walking with God, He has to walk You through trials that will be apart Manifesting these gifts out of you flawlessly. Though the process can be trying at times, Trust It, Trust God. Yet enjoy every step of the way because even in the trails, there's always roses.

It is this mindset, that keeps us from helping others cause of fears, from helping before and have gotten hurt, not wanting to get involved because no one has helped You.
This cycled curse time is UP! Time to break the chains, so that others who Never saw themselves free can now be Free.
Time for the STRONG to come on One accord to lead and help the weak. If we can pull together as we did as a nation for 9/11, then why can't we do it for EVERYDAY AFTER, when we are still losing lives? It's time to be a SOLUTION TO OUR GREATEST PROBLEM, US.

Don't feel bad, no one has the ability to understand the Bible all the way through at first. Also, as your life changes, so does the understanding of what you now understand of God's word. This is why the Father teaches us by our surroundings and through nature. God, teaches us wisdom in ways that we will always remember it and so that it becomes the foundation in which we teach others. Knowing God's wisdom is often reflected in our health, mental, speech, service and heart. Seek Him continuously, as the curious children we are.

How do you face trials, when the attackers are right in your face?
What keeps you from running? Or do You take it upon yourself to
attack back? When facing any adversity, we have to make choices depending on the situation we face good / bad; whether we know God or not. Pain pushes us to heal, fight, grow. When your walking with God, we begin to have a totally different perspective about the pains we endure. We make God Our Strong Tower, then push forward in
a winning mindset, claiming victory and ignoring the mockers, while developing self-esteem; even tough we're scared to death. During which we come to understand the role of Mockers, as noisy distractions, that we only have to watch but not
listen to because their job is to drown out your beliefs and God's voice. Yes our wounds may run
deep that's why with God as our foundation, we will come to conquer our fears and be able to brave many storms.

Have you talked over your plans with the Lord before you started your building? Whether it's a family, a career, a home or just your life in general. Everything we set out to do in our lives revolve around relationships. We can't build anything without a partner along with the same like mind as ourselves or challenge us to step up higher.
With God, as the overseer, the build won't be in vain, it won't have lack but will have trials, it won't die in a short time, it will be an answered prayer for many and a blessing beyond your understanding.
This is why it's important to have a relationship with The Father.
We need His guidance, His wisdom, His insight, His editing and His favor. To see past our vainites and how what we're trying to accomplish will affect others. We serve a SELFLESS GOD, when God builds upon You ... You also come to understand, that your to be SELFLESS,
so that what you build and do will be BLESSED.
So, as we build we can build with the mindset of how it brings honor to The Father. So as we watch over, we watch knowing that God is covering and it won't carry the weight of vanity nor worry.
In the end, we learn how God sees Us and how He was building upon Us all along.

We're beings of,"Fight or Flight". We fight when we Know we can WIN & have the confidence to win. We take flight when we don't know how to face our battle and when we there's no confidence in the win. In most cases, God is NOT a part of the thought process.
God, wants Us to call upon Him in every situation but if you don't know Him / choose not to have Him in your life, then who do you have for help? With so many angry with The Father, due to failed responses, children taken away, brokness, failures, divorces, etc. God has become the last to call. No man nor woman can take the PLACE of God in your times of need nor fill the voids, your asking to much of them. Forgive. Try again. Establish your relationship with the Divine by believing not as before. Embrace what the life lessons have taught you. Knowing that you may have to fight the very battles again. This time be COVERED with the HELP from Our Father. He WANTS YOU TO WIN, You have to allow Him to be Him and that's Trusting Him.
For those who walk with the Lord, Trust in Him, in there imperfections because it's in their imperfections they were accepted by God and helped them to endure and accept themselves.

Do you ever find yourself walking like a child? Stumbling, falling, frustrating and fiercely independent? This is how the world walks without God but with God watching. Just like a good parent does as His child takes their first steps. The ones who find the narrow path, want to walk strong, humbled, wise, discerning and encouraged through it all. Are the ones who REACHED out for The Father's hand to be guided, encouraged, loved through and have a trusting relationship, even if this comes later in life from a mentor. So, as they walk through life, they have the power to walk out of old hurts, old thoughts, broken ways, misconceptions and self perceptions of destruction.
Be encouraged to walk the narrow path, but understand this doesn't mean you found profection, You have made a choice. Just like the choice Jesus made for Us.

Good Morning, will you agree that this verse applies to Us ALL?
Think of moments where you have voiced or expressed your thoughts through action, before thinking or getting clarification based on emotions. Only to realize how differently that could have worked out had we just listened, gathered facts or prayed for clarity.
When we express ourselves as,"Fools", we display ourselves as 4yr old having a tantrum, in order to be seen and heard.
Are you in a season / having moments of being,"A Fool"?
Embrace it, endure through it, TALK to The Father seeking direction
and instruction in learning how to become Humbled, Patient, Compassionate and more disciplined in the end. So, our life example can TEACH, our on lookers what we've learned. Gaining knowledge / understanding in having better ways of thinking, responding and handling life. Just by keeping our emotions in check. Remaining a fool by choice , is like being a closed full container, that only opens to spit out then closes back allowing nothing new in.

Try Him again. Let Him in for real this time but not on your terms but in True Trust and Faith. If you TRULY want a different outcome, BE RADICAL! Act like everything your facing that you want to come to a final end in your life, is an active fire upon your body.

Is this your true declaration? Do you hold on to God, more than your car, cell phones, bank account, pride, vanity, status or sexual behaviors?
What if these things were ALL NO MORE? Why do they have to be absent in order for you to Trust God at all?
As the world turns, each generation puts things, in front of God, moment by moment through what they TRUST, aware and unaware.
Having Faith in what is unseen, forms a unbreakable bond with God, that produces unimaginable spiritual strength!
Nothing in the physical since, can compare to God, Nothing.
Having Unconditional Trust in God, out does a gun/knife, a car especially if it breaks down, pride that is easily bruised, vanity that you can't continue to keep up, status that changes with the wind and sexual partners and seasons that only end up never satisfying your needs.
God is unchanging and NEVER LEAVES Your door, but You have to decide when you open it, if your going to stay committed to your relationship with Him. Even if you fail along the way, Trust that He will be there to pick you up and dust you off.
Having belief in His LOVE for YOU, Is far better than anything earth can provide and you have it even in death. For naked your born, naked you shall return but by making God your refuge, your covered in His grace in death. No Longer Naked.

Man struggle is different only by hairs of degree's, when coming to understand this passage. We want self promotion, glorifying, up lifting and praises, for work well done but doesn't this take away from the very thing you have done or present? The Father, wants your works to have the glory in it self and in its time, because He wants to promote you!
Question is, do you have the patients to wait and meekness to remain humble?
Having the world know your name, maybe the ONLY glory and praise one may receive. Yet, if you allow The Father, to lift you up, it will be the same as the humble man who took a set in the back of the room, Only to be called to the front. God is calling all of His children from hiding out in plain sight, out to be lifted up and teaching His other children how to be humbled, in times of self promotion.

One of our biggest struggles is in knowing whether or not we're walking the path of life or death. Yet, when ALL roads lead back to God, how long we stay on them still depend on our way of thinking. Struggle comes from NOT listening to the voice because we just want to do what we want our own way. If I may, potion every idea, thought and response to the heavens, then trust in the response to come. By making this a daily habit, the wrong paths wouldn't be much of an option.
In doing this, your now coming to understand what it means to walk in faith.

"And my God shall supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
How wonderful it is to know in whom you put your trust. To let go of having total control in everything and the switch of positions. You become 2nd to God, as you give Him reign over every area of your life, trusting in His covering. Just as a child, Trusts in a parent blindly w/o any conditions. To TRUST in The Father in such a way removes the stigma's of fears, brokenness, loneliness, worries of money & food and void of relationship. So, if your going to have this kind of Hope, then stand boldly in it knowing that No Matter the Need, God has you covered because U trust in His Will for your life!
He knows the plans He has for you. In trusting in Him, your beginning to BELIEVE in them too!

" The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly."
Good Morning question, how have you embraced the freedoms of God's loving sacrifice for you? We read and recite this scripture very well but lack understanding in the power of the words . It's like being backed into a corner, with the enemy beating us into a pulp.
Only to have a light appear in the darkness, pulling us up and with each touch ... our wounds healed, our mind ... cleared. Standing stronger than we've been or felt. Like Neo, from The Matrix, once he started to believe ... Ready for the next battle Knowing your going to win!
Neo's character, represents many Christian's, who know they have to make a choice and end up walking the motion's until they come to believe. The thief can only steal, kill and destroy, what we leave or give to him. Believer's are Warrior's, just as they are humble servers.
It's time to BELIEVE in the one who believed, in the ones He laid His life down to save. Stay Encouraged, Your Stronger than You think!

Matthew 6:8
"And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him."
Relationship, true relationship is the acceptance of another and self. There's growth and challenge, love and hate but transformation. When you pray to God, He already sees you as you are and your struggles. So, be yourself and be real with Him, just as you want for yourself. DON'T MAKE PROMISES YOU WON'T KEEP.
God moves on transparent hearts. What you need, want and desire changes in time when you learn that God, is here to stay no matter what faze of life your in. He's sees us all as the lost sheep, covered by the Blood of His son. He's always at your door, READY to fulfill your every need. Trust in this unfailing relationship because this is the ONLY relationship that won't abandoned YOU, but will brake you to make you whole.

Proverbs 17:22
"A cheerful heart is a good medicine; But a broken spirit drieth up the bones."
Have you ever noticed how hard it is to smile thru pain?
How does one smile when facing adversities that make one feel they're broken repeatedly? It's like pouring water into a overly dried dead plant plant hoping for life to return. But your the plant and God is the water. No matter the adversity, your still here, which means you have a reason to smile. Think about it in your eyes, nothing's right but sharpen the view. Your still standing after everything thrown at you, your still eating, everything in your everyday life is taken care of and you STILL have fight to help others fight! So Smile! Your bones aren't as dry as you might think. Yet, how you choose to see you, isn't always God's will either.God always lets us know when we've made a left turn on right. Stop being so hard on yourself. Trust the process and LIVE in your moments with Joy. Test and Living makes us better disciples on our journey.

2 Thessalonians 3:3
"But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one."
Is this NOT TRUE? Then how did you make it this far? Take a look back and see just how far you have actually come. Was this by your own strength? God is walking and carrying you through your life, if not by your prayers but by the prayers of a love one. One has never been known to win a Battle alone. So, never assume your alone in this life and walk, because your steps are covered by Our Father. He will NEVER leave you, nor forsake you! Believe that He's right there and tag Him in and watch Him work it out for you.

Have you ever been so low that all you can see is where your standing? Why do you think God wants us to look to the hills? He wants us to keep our eyes not on the hills but the Heavens. As we look up we see clouds and sky! Hope and Endless Possibilities! So continue to look up watch for change, a sign / signal, looking as if God is lifting your chin.

Over the course of our lives, we've come to understand this verse.
Just as seeds grow, as does our life experiences. On each level of life there are new friends and associates that won't make it to the next level with us. God wants us to embrace the loses, as a tree who loses its leaves each fall. Just as nature transforms, we also do the same.
Those who grow with us are those who walk the same path as us or
close to it and was woven into our life like roots. True friends elevate us and keep us grounded at the same time.Embrace your Blessings and understand that the fallen leaves (past friends), graced and served
you for that time.

Philippians 4:9 ESV
"What have you learned and received and heard
and seen in me - practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you."
What have you learned from God's word? Have you learned that His word is life itself and evolves as we evolve? Perspective changes as we mature from child to adult. That is why God's word is called, "The Vine." We have to feed ourselves and when we eat, we won't eat rotted & spoiled foods. So why struggle to remember old teachings when you can renew the mind daily, keeping You sharp and on top, so that You can hear God's voice clearly. Knowledge is food for the brain, The Word is food for the soul and Our nutrition is food for the body.
How's your diet today? Is it balanced? God's trinity is found in every fashion of life. So it benefits one to stay in the word, even if its to stay ahead in your daily walk.
